    Ya.

Bledsoe is just not worth that pick alone

Collison has been fairly solid until this year

Turner I would love to gamble on

    Obviously Milsap as well

Contract factored this is how I'd rank that group:

#1: Evan Turner -- Though, a bit of a red flag that they'd give him up for the #11 pick considering he was the #2 pick just a few years ago.
#2: Eric Bledsoe -- Showed some flashes but overall he's been meh.
#3 Darren Collison -- bigtime meh
#4 Paul Milsap -- His contract + Nic Batum's demands + new CBA = No way.

22 PER for 8.5 million next year... 10 WS for 8.5 million = bargain

the only issue i see is that he is a free agent after next year

And the fact that UT is smarter than the Blazers (See 2011 Draft) and would never trade a solid player to a division rival.

He's a much better ball handler/creator than Wes is, in my opinion. He's a solid defender, often times covering opposing PGs similar to Batum. I think a combo of him and Batum at the 2 and 3 would be great, personally. It gives you two very versatile players, who can cover 1-3 easily. And, the added bonus of Turner being a decent playmaker. I think the flexibility they each provide on defense allows you to go less conventional, potentially, at PG, and not having to worry AS much about PG defense, if you got drafted like Marshall. He's a great rebounder at the 2(7.9 per 36).
He's also better than anything else at 11 in my opinion.

I'd do #6 for Turner in a heartbeat.

RR7 has a great description but did not mention his rebounding. He is obe of the best rebounding guards in the game.

Have you looked at what he has done in Philly?

He has yet to average at least 10 PPG and his PER is well below average.

No way do you offer the #6 for him.

From a BPA standpoint at 6 & 11 I would not mind that either. I wouldn't be jumping out of my chair in excitement, but for those who want to rebuild, I think those are two decent young pieces.

Personally I wanted a whole new explosive backcourt, so I was excited when I thought Beal was a possibility.
I also wouldn't mind Lillard and Drummond.

I have. I live in Philly and have seen a few games in person. He's somewhat handcuffed by the offense which allows mostly Lou Will and Iggy do their thing, but often forgets about Jrue and Turner.

Later on in the season, most people here realized that Turner can potentially be a better option on offense than Iggy because he's more fluid and skilled. But it never really materialized because Doug Collins was hellbent on doing what he'd done for much of the season earlier.

    oops sorry. I was skimming.

I think the only deterrent against a 11 or 6 for Turner deal is the higher cap # for ET vs a rookie draft pick.

That would be Awesome to get ET.

If the Blazers ever want to compete against the Superstar teams we need superstar defense and rebounding.
