    well, isn't stealing the team from Seattle the win for the little guys? Oklahoma City won an NBA championship 4 years ago when they stole the Sonics' title.

    NBA will never be a rounded league without a hardcap like Hockey. That hard cap goes against the superstar market that Stern has turned this league into so I doubt very much we will ever see it.
