He doesn't want to join the speculation/gossip club and talk about stuff he doesn't know about?

Isn't that in his job description much like Canzano and Quick? "Make shit up and hope it has some remnant of truth in it after all is said and done?" He has been more on the ball then either of those two ever were but still.

It's #NBADraft week. Get ready for crazy rumors, big trades, and some shocking selections. Happens every year.

unless HOU rumor is true and they want Drummond, then TROB could slip to us

Absolutely. My thinking is that if Robinson is available at 5, there will be some huge offers to Sac to get him

    Drummond

    http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/221671/Calhoun_Preaches_Patience_With_Drummond

So drafting someone like Drummond would be a good fit for a coach like Kaleb, IMHO

The more I read and hear about Drummond, the more I kinda hope we draft him. Could blow up, either on the floor or in our faces.

    unnecessary and unwanted commentary

I think if we draft Drummond at #6, I would then like to draft Harkless at #11. Then trade Aldridge to GS for Thompson, #7 and #30 and draft Lillard at #7 and Royce White with a pick in the 20's we get for moving #30 and our two second rounders. Then retain Kaleb and let him teach these guys

This team sucks ass for a couple of years while adding players like Muhammad next year.

    Lillard/Smith
    Muhammad/Thompson/Williams
    Batum/Harkless/Babbitt
    Hickson/White/Claver
    Drummond/Freeland

Is that a team we could get behind? Is that a team that could do something someday?

perhaps that's why a trade might get done "before" the draft? so a team has that 5 spot locked up?

Anyone who does mock drafts predicated on poorly-run teams acting rationally is doomed to disappointment.

Never seen him in person. This being big 12-2+1? territory, I saw him a bunch on tv. His talent is ridiculous. His head is less than desirable, and I'm not sure he is getting the right advice from his agent.

I had a chance to talk to him once here for a basketball camp. I told him he could be Shawn Kemp if he decided to play in the post, and he said "I am a three, not a 4"

So, he is dead to me

You're probably right. Maybe T Jones would be better, or even a reach for Nicholson.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Anything rather than this! I'd take Bayless back instead! The idea is actually to get a BETTER player than a broken down old Gerald Wallace. Is Olshey trying to make the Nets feel good about this trade?

[Note to self: stay calm. So far Olshey has been reportedly "in love" with at least five different players.
Response from self: but he likes flashy players! He gave a huge extension to DeAndre Jordan! He drafted Eric Bledsoe whose major talent is jumping high and committing turnovers!
Response to the response: shit, you're right! Panic!]
