    Depth perception should be interesting in that joint. Taking a jumper in to the woods could definitely fuck someone up. It does have a Memorial Coliseum without the black curtains feel to it.

    I grew up in Gladstone and have friends and family who live in the Milwaukie area and I haven't found a single person who lives there that wants Max. Actually the commute down McLoughlin isn't bad at all during rush hour traffic. This just seems like one of those projects that is only happening because the feds offered to pay half.

    Sure there is traffic but it flows steady, even the speed trap in downtown Milwaukie isn't bad.

    Well, it looks like there is a very good chance that height limits are going to be softened in the Lloyd District.

    The big population growth (2035 projection) this district will have the biggest change/development in all of downtown Portland.

    Wow. That isn't the Hillsboro I grew up in. I heard on the radio they landed a minor league baseball team as well? The Yakima team? Something like that. Amazing what Intel can do to a city. When I was going to hi-school at Glencoe in the early 90's it was a down right fucking DUMP!
