I'm concerned about Rivers' 43% fg (not good for a shooting guard) and 2.1 assists / 2.3 tpg (not good for a point guard).

    Schwa?

Did you actually watch him play at all this year? Holy hell, he might be one of the most selfish players I've seen in the last 4 or 5 years. To boot he definitely has a terrible ratio between how good he thinks he is and how good he actually is. He's going to be a coaches nightmare and guys are going to hate playing with him.

I have no problem with your pick at 11, (Ross) Both he and Rivers are versatile. But I give an edge to Rivers because I think he can create his own shot a little more. Nothing wrong with chuckers. Ask Kobe, Durant and Westbrook.

    6- Lillard
    11 - Zeller

That's what I think will happen, without passing judgement on those picks.

Wouldn't mind taking Barnes though if for some wacky reason he is there at 6.

This is like one of those Sesame Street, "One of these things is not like the others" vingnettes from back in the day. All of those guys have ELITE physical tools to go with their killer instinct and volume scoring mentality. Rivers has average size at best and his athleticism is nothing to get too excited about. He's going to get swallowed whole, just like Jimmer.

The Blazers are going to draft a Lamb/Rivers hybrid at #11? Interesting..

Obviously I am not saying he is as good as those three. But you brought up the "chucker" reference as if it was always bad.

True Kobe has always had a killer instinct, even his rookie year when he kept shooting airballs in the playoffs. But he got older and better. Rivers could very well have that killer mentality. Ross I like, and he has better size and athleticism. But do you think he has a better killer mentality than Rivers? Doubtful.

Also big difference between Jimmer at 6'2 and Rivers at 6'5" IMO

Rivers is 6'5" in elevator shoes. I also think Jarryd Bayless has a killer instinct. Does that make him an elite SG? Comparing Rivers to Bryant is a bit much, isn't it?

I'm hoping one of the top 5 will fall to us, outside of that:

    6: Lillard
    11: PJIII or Terrence Jones

If we take a wing at 11 I hope that it isn't Waiters. I would rather have Ross....

Bayless .......WTF are you talking about?

The Jimmer is 6'2" in elevator shoes. What is your point?

And I am not comparing anyone to Kobe. I think you are bright enough to figure out what I was talking about.
