Eh, cut Joe Johnson and add Hinrich. But this is the formula for success.

Joe Johnson is one of the best outside shooters in the Olympics. He or Arenas should be starting and move Wade to point guard.

You mean World Championships not Olympics... I'd be surprised to see Amare on the final roster this year but I guess if D'Antoni and Colangelo think he can do it then that would be pretty good news.

I would consider Arenas a shooting guard that can play the point.

I would too, but he's Washington's point. That's why Hinrich should be on the roster.

This isn't the Olympics lineup this is the world championships because Kobe and Pierce will play in the Olympics along with Lamar Odom and Shawn Marion.

I really do not see why Lamar Odom is going to play in the olympics. Anyways I think that Arenas should get the start over Paul but I think that they want Paul in there because he is a pure PG, unlike Arenas.

If that team doesnt win this, I dont see what team ever will. They have the youngest, most athletic, and best lineup besides a few American players. They should be able to walk over everybody.

If you are being serious, I dont understand why. I mean, I know that the US team doesnt play as well in these tournaments but that shouldnt be our attitude. We all know that the US team has by far the best players who are the best athletes. We should be able to run over everybody and that should be our attitude. I wont accept anything but the gold. I would prefer them to go undefeated because they should easily.

He's the only real good outside shooter on the team and that was one of the biggest problems with the last olympic team. Anyways, I like the lineup, although any lineup would be good with that team.

Who's going to stay up till 2 or wake up at 5? I don't know if I could. [IMG]

Boris MIGHT be able to make it but i highly doubt it.

Boris would make it in a few years. Barbosa no way. Their national teams aren't even that good I was just saying... It's Lithuania and Ginobli's team that you need to worry about.

The games wont be on that late/early i believe because when i saw the schedule it said something mostly about games being on about 8pm eastern time so thats pretty reasonable for people both on the east and west coast but i dont know if these times are right i guess we will just have to wait and see

Are the games going to be broadcasted in N.America? more specifically Canada? I seriously hope the games get broadcasted in Canada even if they do air at like 10pm I would watch every single game...I remember like 2-3 years back when it was the rookie v. sophmore game with LBJ, Wade,Melo, CB4 and it was schedualed for 7pm but when I checked on all the sports channels all i saw was damn horse racing and curling!!! The game was shown at a later time like 10pm.So yeah I hope I dont get shafted by having to purchase NBA tv or some BS like that to watch the games.
