The Problem of Batum

Problem is, you can really only afford 3 10+ mil a year players. If we sign Batum to that, that means his locked in as being a corner stone to our team, and he's only proven himself to be a good role player.

 

Yep. He's not part of any "Big 3" aspirations around here.

If that number from Minny is legit, I'd let him walk and target Josh Howard for half the price.

 

I agree but remember, it's only for 4 years now, not the 6 or 7 that these contracts use to be.
