Not to take this there..... I hope his daughter has thick skin, because as she gets older, I could see kids picking on her about her dad.

Not saying it's right/funny/cool (because it's absolutely NOT), but I can see it happening, and I just hope she is tough enough to brush it off (or convince her dad to retire).

I sure hope not, for two good reasons.

    1) We don't pick our parents and it's not her fault her father is a moron.

    2) If that happens Crapanzo will write a sob story "bigger than sports" column about his daughter's suffering and probably embarrass the hell out of the poor girl.

I think the kids will be too busy making fun of her lack of hair to care about who her father is :devilwink:

The long, long article just repeated what we've already read in the national media, except for 3 new data bits:

    1. The older brother is 22 months older and 7 inches shorter. So barefoot, they are 7-0 and 6-5.

    2. The mother's back condition is not untreated. She has had drugs. She and possibly the brother, who has 1 month left in the Marines, will live here with Meyers. (I always read this for every rookie, then months later I always read that she moved back home. Does the mother get in the way of girlfriends?)

    3. I had already looked up in Wikipedia the famous people from Robinson, Illinois (population 7000) and had found Mr. Heath, the inventor of the Heath Bar. From this article I learned that the candy bar factory is in Robinson.
