LeBron and Oden. LeBron can lead a team, can score, pass, play D. Oden is going to be the next D-Rob, this guy is amazing.

Just surround them with some shooters(Terry, Raja Bell, Posey) and you have yourself an unstoppable team. Shaq + Duncan = no points in the paint for other other team.

I thought we were supposed to build a franchise. You can't build a franchise with two players that are 30/31 and 34/35 years old. I don't get this, are you saying it as if they were rookies or something? Maybe I didn't read something farther up. But are you saying you want to build a franchise with Duncan and Shaq?

Well, if I had first 2 picks and had the players just for a season, it's probably be Kobe and Duncan. 2 great winners, the 2 best players in the league IMO. If I was GM'ing a dynasty, I'd take either Bron and Dwight Howard or Wade and Dwight Howard.

No better winners in the league than Shaq and Duncan. 7 of the last 8 championships have been won with Duncan or Shaq. An astounding statistic.Duncan and Shaq. Wouldn't last long, but those two on the same team would bring my city a championship for sure.

Far better leader, shows up in the clutch, has 3 rings, 3 Finals MVP's, 2 MVP's, and is probably a top 3 PF of all time.

How the F*ck does Melo go into Group A ahead of Bosh? Scoring and long range shooting is the ONLY thing Melo has on Bosh. Bosh>Melo.

Just watched the youtube video of Oden in the All-American game, it does look kindof funny how all these players who are no taller then 5'9 try putting up layups against Oden.by the way, props to Oden for being on the Honor Roll!!!

Kobe Bryant and Dirk Nowitzki. It could have happened also. Lakers are stupid though. They could have gotten Steve Nash, Jerry Stackhouse, Marquis Daniels and Josh Howard for an aging Shaq, OR, Dirk Nowitzki for Shaq.Anyways,Kobe is a driver, a shooter, and very clutch with experiance. He's been to 4 NBA Finals. He's won 3 of them. Dirk has been to 1 NBA Finals, and like Kobe, has had a losing experiance. Kobe could swing the ball to Dirk whenever he's open. It could work. Both are still in their late 20's, and they're in their prime.Another possibility, would be:Dwyane Wade with Dwight Howard, ORLeBron James with Emeka Okafor.

I dont really rate him...... i think he will fade into obscurity within 3-4 years. Vin baker style.
