    Rumour has it the three signings the Raptors made--Landry Fields to an offer sheet and Bayless & Weems qualifying offers--aren't written in cement and will be rescinded. Developing.

    With the Lowry trade (still unofficial) the Raptors cap space situation changes and as such our cap holds could prevent a free agent signing, killing his offer sheet. Still a rumour.

    Offer sheets are not official until the 11th but pulling out of a deal could be harmful to our reputation.

    Speaking of John Salmons...
