    Damn you, MM.

But I put out the warning first. So we'll call it teamwork.

Only Williams wouldn't be a lotto pick if you can re-do that draft.

    Facts are facts.

The Wolves’ need to add Batum is just as strong as his desire to be there. The team’s All-Star forward, Kevin Love, expressed his frustration with the team’s slow pace at adding quality players Monday in an interview with Yahoo! Sports.

With, or w/o Batum, the Wolves are still a mediocre franchise.

    Facts are facts.

Not sure it's Portland he hates as much as our fired coaches offense. Which is understandable since Nate was an ass clown

Aldridge lost me when he said they can sign him outright though.

So what's new in Aldridge's article? Seems like a rehash of what's already been written by many others. Batum was wowed by Adelman & Company and would like to play there. The Wolves can dump some contracts and make an offer for around $11M. The Blazers can match. Am I missing something??

I guess Minnesota is a more cosmopolitan state than Oregon.

    Jason Fleming ‏@jfleminghoops
So between Brandon Roy and Alexey Shved, the chances Minny can even make an offer to Batum have dropped a lot.

    Jason Fleming ‏@jfleminghoops
Even if they waive Webster and Miller. They have to have the cap space outright to make the offer to Batum. They can't get him and Roy...

    Jason Fleming ‏@jfleminghoops
And I have heard nothing saying Roy's deal with them is contingent on anything... (even if they amnesty Darko...)

To be fair.... They could wait to sign Shved and Roy until they figure out the Batum situation. Once they have Batum in place, they could then move some of their other salaries.
