I just heard quick on 750 and I hear some things that really bothered me. He said we are facing a complete rebuild an that blazer fans will need to be "patience." over the years how many times have we heard "be patient blazer fans." whether it was waiting for Oden, Roy and now a complete rebuild. The fact the rebuild makes me so angry is that for months we have been hearing just wait till this offseason we are going to turn our two picks and caps pace into a playoff team! We drafted our PGOTF which I'm excited about. We use our 11th to draft a center project. We throw all our money at a restricee all star center that everybody really knew Indy would match. Now there is a chance we won't sign Batum and are just going to keep our cap space till next year where there are no free agents worthy of waiting for. This is a joke.... Get something done. Make a trade with all this cap space. LMA can't be happy with this bullshit and. Niether am I. Roy is now going to minny... I know it's a big if but if he comes back and is a signifact player on a playoff team we basic amnestied him for nothing because we're not even going to use this cap space. What say you? Sorry If there are misspellings I'm on my iPhone
This guy created his account in January of 2010... if he's a Minnesota troll, he has incredible foresight.
I love Batum, but even I can see a reason why it might make sense to let him go. I don't think they will, but acquiring assets now and waiting to pounce on the deal that could put you on top is much better than making 8th seed and losing in the first round for the next 7-9 years.
Yea I'm not a minny fan I've been on here for years I just dont post and bitch 100 times a day like you do
basically stay the course. just because a few things didn't go your way you just don't throw everything away.
I guess what I'm really trying to say is that the organization tells us that we have things to look forward to, and they never end up happening. Being a season ticket holder it bothers me a lot.
I was a season ticket holder until last year, and I get your point. But in reality, they do things that in theory should help. Roy and Oden should have helped, Lillard and Leonard are both considered really good prospects by the so called "experts" so they should help
I think part of my frustration would be being sold a cap space plan, having nothing come of it, and then, being sold the same idea for the following season. Hey, we can always try to lure another RFA next season! the eternal hope of the future.
Why does imaginary cap space work for everyone except us? We're the only team that can't get anyone to use our imaginary cap space.
