CJ Miles is only an option if he's willing to sign for at the vet minimum. The Bulls don't have another exception.

Who'd have guessed they'd send these three packing? Supposedly, the Chairman is willing to pay (the LT) for a winner.

You know they're letting Asik walk, right?

$5M puts them over the LT.

Yet they still have to do an extension for Taj.

You know what? I'm actually down with the moves. It really is a lost season without Rose, and there really shouldn't be huge pressure on him to make a return too soon just to justify spending past the LT.

As far as the bench mob goes, they all are good character guys and gave us quality depth. However, they were very one dimensional - especially Korver and Brewer. Korver is an elite 3pt shooter and Brewer a terrific defender. Too bad you couldn't roll up those skills into one player.

McGraw says one of Jo, Lu, or Booz will be gone as well. Move one of those and next season is really lost. But it would give the team the money under the LT to match Asik and to extend Gibson.

Think ahead one season. The Bulls could be a player in free agency next summer. If they keep a reasonable core together, they could make the jump from middle of the pack to near the top again.

Seems like they will lose 3 of the 4 today(tomorrow) and maybe all 4 for nothing.

Will be difficult to watch next season knowing we have thrown in the towel.

They should probably just amnesty Boozer. How long will Rose be out?

Rose will be out most of next season, if not the whole thing.

Why amnesty Boozer and pay him $50M to play for the Heat?
