Isn't it surprising that Toronto got Lowry so cheap? And what is Houston doing; they now have lost Dragic and Lowry; who is playing PG for them?

    But then Sam tweeted:
You guys are cracking me up. As one follower said, Howard deal has been "imminent for an entire week." Honestly, sounds exploratory to me.

A source close to Dwight Howard tells me that Dwight is fully prepared to sit out the entire 2012-13 season in Orlando.>>>>>>>>>>

Dwight needs to grow the hell up and start acting like a professional.

These NBA egomaniacs are the biggest babies in pro-sports.

The NBA needs to eliminate guaranteed contracts and change their entire marketing strategy. They created this world that they operate in by marketing players instead of teams, and now the players are out of control.

If it was an unguaranteed contract then what? They cut him and he gets to go where he wants? That doesn't help anything. Better to call his bluff. Go ahead and sit out the year. You won't get paid, but sure, put your money where your mouth is.

    So, let's sum up:

Phoenix: loses Nash, gets Dragic (back)
Houston: loses Dragic AND Lowry, gets Lin (back)
NY: loses Lin, gets Kidd and Felton (back)
    Dallas: loses Kidd, gets Collison
    Indiana: loses Collison, gets Augustin
Raptors: get Lowry, probably lose Calderon
    Blazers: "lose" Felton, gain self-respect

Has there ever been such PG turnover?

Well, the non-guaranteed contracts was really just an overall comment... wouldn't help much with the DH situation, but I suspect it would knock the players down a peg. They could lose their huge contracts at any time.

And yet still some stars of the NFL still act entitled and like divas and hold out to get bigger longer deals. I don't see how it'd knock guys down a peg. Especially the stars, who would easily sign elsewhere for their money.
