    I don't trust a word that comes out of Olshey's mouth (which is a good thing; the man is doing business, not running a clergy). But it does jibe with the past actions of Allen and his known love for guys like Batum.

    A trade kicker on a player we plan to build around is totally irrelevant. Especially when you consider it's only a four-year deal. How is this supposed to sway the Blazers from matching? There is no problem with a 15% kicker.
