Ryan Howard hit the ball out of the park for the first time this season and Joe Blanton kept the ball in the yard for the first time in more than two months.

As a result, the Philadelphia Phillies have their first three-game winning streak since late May.
Howard homered leading off the fourth inning for his first RBI in six games since coming off the disabled list and Blanton pitched eight effective innings to lead the Phillies over the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 on Monday night.
