The New York Mets activated Jason Bay from the disabled list Tuesday, a month after the left fielder suffered a concussion slamming into the outfield wall on an attempted catch on June 15. Bay appeared in five rehab games between Class A St. Lucie and Triple-A Buffalo. He went 3 for 16 with six walks.
