I didn't think the green font was really needed.

Next time I might use it.

    Probably not.

I actually like the Twin Cities quite a bit. Great art scene, good music scene, summers are nice and they have walkways for the winter. Summit Ave in St. Paul is beautiful, even with the elms gone. They also have the Viks, Twins and Wild.

My grandfather was from Minnesota. Raised on a dairy farm.

Ran away at 12. Rode the rails to California. During the Great Depression.

Told me that doing chores (taking care of those damn cows) during the Minnesota winter was the hardest thing he had ever done. Harder than making it on your own as a 12 year old during the Great Depression.

But, yeah, I guess if you get to go ice fishing, it might help.

    Maybe, a little.

They actually had a video posted last year of DWill and Malcolm Lee ice fishing and they were thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Ya, because you know it wasn't a publicity stunt by Minny's people or anything...

No need to go to Minny for that, we've got excellent hunting and fishing including ice fishing here in Eastern Oregon - about 4 hours from PDX. I have been ice fishing as well and I enjoyed it, but I couldn't enjoy it properly since it's mostly about drinking beer (and I don't drink).

Oh god I just had a flashback to that god-awful-but-funny Blazers promo they did with Shareef, Dickau and Ratliff after they traded Rasheed to Hotlanta.

    Utah fans are smiling.

Of course, nobody thinks Millsap is overpaid any more.

Not to mention snow skiing, ocean surfing, and wind surfing all within about an hour and a half drive from Portland depending on which direction you're going.

So Nic got a /yr deal similar to Turk, Maggette, and G Wallace. Seems right in line. And the bonus is length only 4 yrs. Not as scary as I thought.

All of them fall short compaired to Ruben Patterson running around in a trench coat after the Alford Plea. Talk about good times!

I still maintain Portland has better food and wine than Minny. And if that doesn't attract Nic, he needs to change his citizenship.
