A Poster for my fellow Crushers: btw, I think this was the reason for the Lillard stare after the dunk - he was fouled, and not necessarily all that gently.
I like the Omen. Only prob with Terminator is Schwartzenegger - finally got rid of him as governor. Brandon Jr. is tempting fate, considering how Brandon's career was cut short. BTW, anyone able to decipher those tats on his arms?
If that's really on his arm, I have even more respect for the guy. Why? Not because I'm a Christian (I'm not), but because I'm so much happier with a guy who wears it and lives it instead of talking about it. Athletes giving all praise to God for winning is one of the most appalling things in sports.
Good Call. It is Psalm 37 1-6 of the New American Standard Bible Clearly, I'm spending too much time thinking about the Blazers, hope Summer League ends soon!
It is Psalm 37:1-6 (tat-typo?). It's often not thanking God for providing a win, but recognizing that all good things, including athletic talent come from God, and thanking Him for what He has given them. Most aren't doing it for your benefit, but just to be humble and give thanks.
Don't want to change the subject of the thread so I won't comment further other than to say I disagree. But, it doesn't matter. I'm thinking about jumping off the Lillard bandwagon. Did you guys know that we just traded a PG who is not only better than Jeremy Lin, but better than ALL point guards in the league? Stupid Olshey.
