sounds like his hero growing up was Bane. Description says he was wearing a gas mask and a bullet proof vest.
What's really sad is that 12 people are dead, and yet the first thing some people do is start arguing over gun control. This is a sad tragedy.
I've been to that theatre. Aurora is equivalent to Gresham, both in terms of geography and demographics. Denver still lives with the specter of Columbine (my neighbor's grandson, Patrick Ireland, was shot in that incident and still walks with a limp). This incident surpasses that unspeakable horror. Believe it or not, in a way the victims were lucky. Two years ago, the University of Colorado Medical Center (Colorado's OHSU) and Children's Hospital (Colorado's Doernbecher) moved from my neighborhood just SE of downtown out near where the shootings were. It cut the transit time for those people by 20-30 minutes and enabled much more rapid care.

Is that really true? I mean, aside from the two infamous shootings when I've visited Denver, people were very friendly- even in a part of town I warned about.
I hope this person sues ABC News for all it's worth. Shameful. http://www.politico.com/blogs/media...aws-possible-tea-party-connection-129568.html
I've been to Aurora before. Right by the airport. Reminded me of like Hillsboro or something with all kinds of strip malls. Wasn't the shithole that Gresham has become.
