I think that requires a little too much explanation to be a good nickname. Jelly would have fit Felton like a glove.

Heh. I'm just going to call him 'O'. Some people go by one name. Some go by first intial+first syllable of last name. Lillard only needs one letter! O! And if someone has to ask why, they don't need to know!
How about Zeus?!? It's a play on Zeke, in that it's similar to a player he's been compared to. Lillard will rule the Cascades (and Olympians - like Zeus- until Seattle gets a new team). His symbols are thunderbolt (DL is quick and can explode out of nowhere), eagle, bull, and oak. In some cultures, Zeus is also a cloud gatherer. All things that are traits of DL and/or the PNW.
How is Zeus, nerdy? He's the father of Gods and men? God of the Sky? If anything, it's too lofty for a new rookie. But I guess we could just go for "Lils". I mean, nothing incites fear more than a name like "Lils", right?
