    Yeah, but I still don't get it. Was there a deal out there? And why would this change that?

    I like Dante. But he's pretty much a scrub. Cool to see Minne finally succeed after attempting to acquire 17 other SF's first, though. Kudos to Kahn!

    I remember when KP was being killed here for drafting Cunningham. Turns out he'll have a decent career as a role player.

    Has anybody signed DeJuan Blair yet? Didn't San Antonio cut him yet? I thought he was going to be waived unless he could be a part of a trade. He has a non-guaranteed contract.

    BUT: the Wolves may have cleared enough cap space to sign Kirilenko, who will thrive in an Adelman system.

    Damnit, everybody the Wolves are signing is intriguing: I really like Shved and Kirilenko and I would have liked Stiemsma, too. And I have a soft spot for Dante.

    Say what you like about Kahn, but he realizes his mistakes (Johnny Flynn, Wesley Johnson, yes I spot the Syracuse connection) and moves on fairly quickly. And he's used cap space (when he's actually had it) pretty well.

    I don't have a problem with Cunningham, I kind of liked his demeanor and his game so I don't fault Kahn for that. But holy balls, just how many Portland connections are there in that organization? Kahn, Adelman, Porter, Bayno, Love, Roy, Tolliver, the failed Batum attempt ...
