Wow I couldnt ask for a better start to the 06-07 season then having the Raps play Vincanity and the Nets on opening night and then opening the home season at the ACC against the Bucks and Charlie V. Hopefully the Raptors have learned their lesson from 05-06 with their dismal 1-15 start and get a quick jump to this season with a winning or .500 record.
I'm excited about playing the Nets. They are our biggest rivals as of now, and it always draws my attention when we play 'em. Hopefully Vince doesn't kill us with a buzzer beater in that game.I got so pissed when he did that. :no3:
Im waiting until they release the broadcast schedual. Iv heard that RSN is going down from 30 games last season to only 10 this season, then TSN is getting something like 30 and then the Score is getting 20 and the rest go to RapsTV. If thats the case then that means that a quarter of the games will be aired only to those who have digital cable and raptors tv (in my case i dont). So be ready to fork over some dough to watch all 82 games!
It looks like 12 of the regualr season games will only be available to viewers with Raptors tv, sucks for anyone who was planning on watching Bargnani everysingle game!
