You and I mostly agree on everything, so we can sit around and talk about how incredibly smart we are
Same here. But I generally leave my family out of my posts. I bring them up on a brief occasion (like them watching the Lion King and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" came on during MZ's and Papa's spat). Fuck with my kids, and I'll cut every last one of you, FAMS!! Ask the dude who came in with his Geo Metro and stole my parking spot at the zoo after I waited 7 minutes for the spot.
Can it really be called an "approval rating" when less than half the country approves (depending which poll you look at)? I'd call that the disapproval rating.
Fuck yeah, I would. You ever been to the Washington Park Zoo? Parking sucks. I'm there with my two very young kids, waiting for a spot for 7-10 minutes while the family of 6 pack up their pile of stuff and load the kids in the car. And two frat-ish dudes in their mid-20's (not trying to judge, but don't appear to be gay, so they're not on a date and are likely their just hanging out) literally just pull into the same aisle as the van backs out in a way that blocks me from turning into the spot, and they then weasle their way into my spot. That's fucked up. That's a bit different than some dude just hanging out asking for spare change, no? I mean, there was no need to interact and BD could just go about his day. BD went out of his way to harass the dude.
People get crazy at the Zoo. It's been a long time since I was there, but I vividly remember an incident when I was very young where my parents were in a similar situation waiting for someone to leave. Another car tried to just whip in and take the spot so my mom jumped (literally) out of the car and blocked their way while screaming at them. Sometimes people can be incredible inconsiderate and rude.
For sure. It's why I've actually stopped going there for the most part. The only way I go is if it's a weekday where I have the kids and I can get off work. Weekends are crazy. Weekdays are bad, but I can usually find some parking. If not, I take the kids to do something fun elsewhere.
Denny is too nice to fight, and Ed. O only visits the board once a day-ish so it would be the most boring, drawn out, non-fight in the history of S2.
