The point is that all these options for preventing or causing a cancer death should not exist. In many many countries, health coverage is an automatic right, not a privilege. You don't have excruciating decisions like this family did. The U.S. claims to be the richest country on Earth, but is very poor in some ways. That's how it funds the giant military.
