Cleveland Browns rookie Trent Richardson has had surgery on his left knee. The Browns issued a statement Thursday saying the running back, drafted No. 3 overall, had what the team termed "routine arthroscopic" surgery by Dr. James Andrews in Pensacola, Fla.
