He's a dumbass, so it's reasonable he broke team rules. I wager he goes to a D2 school or play at a school in the south, like Miami or FSU Still, good riddance I suppose. Never liked him even before the LSU v Oregon game
While I agree he's not the brightest and very cocky, Cliff Harris was the same way. So you can't really say you don't like the kid when I'm sure you liked Cliff. Plus, this guy backed up any cockiness he had. Very talented player. It would be AWESOME if he wanted to come join us
Yeah, I guess we'd be singing a different tune if he wants to play in Oregon, but I doubt it. He doesn't seem to be the type of guy to lower himself ot "Paddy Cake Football" PAC-12. I see Miami, Florida State, or Clemson in the running if he wants to wait a year. Otherwise he's off to a D2 school
did you seriously just say "Paddy Cake Football" Pac 12 then name a bunch of ACC teams? The ACC is much weaker than the Pac its not even funny. I'm sure he'll try to find a place to play that he enjoys.
I'm just saying what he would say, not me. SEC guys would call the PAC Paddy Cake. Not me, just what I think Tyrann would say. That said, the PAC-12 has USC, Oregon, Stanford, Washington, and Utah as competitors. ACC only has Clemson, FSU, and V-Tech, so yeah, Pac-12 is superior
I would just like to point out how the ESPN Mag I got today features 7 pages of how amazing this kid is and how dominant he's gonna be this season. EPIC FAIL
Mathieu appears to be headed to McNeese State in Lake Charles, LA. I was hoping/thinking he'd consider Tulane in his home city, especially since their new coach is the Saints' wide receivers coach and has already recruited four star cornerbacks. They've also got an on campus stadium being built for the first time since 1974. He would have been the face of the program in his hometown and done wonders for the rebuilding process. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...-reportedly-seeking-transfer-to-mcneese-state
HTML: Pac-12 > ACC I grew up in the ACC and I can tell you for sure that a bad football conference can kill great schools like nothing else.... Miami and FSU should be a perfect example of this..... From the 80's till mid 90's nobody in college football wanted anything the Canes or Noles had to offer... they were always top 10 and Miami won how many national championships? Hell the NFL was a who's who of Cane and Noles players.... That was when both of these schools were independents and played EVERYONE..... Miami began their lazy days when the joined the Big Least and FSU began to get soft two years into the ACC...... Now both teams are in the ACC and they are barely ever mentioned in title contention anymore. This is amazing to me! I swear the Canes for almost two decades struck fear into teams... now North Carolina can beat them....WTF!!! I blame the ACC for this..... bad conference for football and they lulled two sleeping giants into comas! I'd bet top dollars that if FSU and Miami joined the SEC, they'd be a dominate programs once again within 4 years! As for the Pac-12, USC, Oregon, Stanford, UW and Cal will all stay competitive, having the sooners and cowboys join this conference one day would make us SEC strong. I feel that it's a matter of when for this to happen.
