As a coach he got fired a couple of times because he was truly psychotic and screaming at his players during games and practices. They hated him. He always does well in his first year with a team because his yelling motivates them, but then has diminishing results and gets fired later. His meds may have improved, so maybe he'll last longer with Philadelphia, I don't know.
