Chris Paul puts them up 11. Ever since he started scoring, the Spanish coach has kept Sergio on the bench, for tougher defense on Paul, I guess.
He was unknown until he surprisingly made the 1972 team, then surprisingly started. I watched live in the middle of the night. They refused their silver medal. As a coach he got fired a couple of times because he was truly psychotic and screaming at his players during games and practices. They hated him. He always does well in his first year with a team because his yelling motivates them, but then has diminishing results and gets fired later. His meds may have improved, so maybe he'll last longer with Philadelphia, I don't know.
Spain attacked Love like no tomorrow. Their eyes lit up when he entered the game. On the defensive end he's probably even worse than Zach Randolph.
Man am I glad Spain got pounded, from a Miami Heat perspective. I can't believe LeBron guarded Gasol, that's still crazy to me.
The game was over after Chris Paul pushed the lead to double digits. Then Coach K stopped running up the score. A humble beating but still shocking somewhat, considering our midget height (or inferior weight in Durant's case). This team was flawed defensively.
