    What an accomplishment!!! Amazing, really, when you put it all in perspective. Commissioner!! WOW!!!! So totally impressive. Does he get a gold throne at the next Meet and Greet that ABM is putting together?

    So super excited for NateBishop03.

    Does this mean he won't lurk under his NathanB alias anymore? :dunno:

    Also, did he actually lobby for this honor? How was this bestowed to him over an actual decent moderator like SPD?

    I'm not sure if you are looking for a serious answer but here it goes.

    TrueBlueFan put up an ad in the S2 secret staff forum looking for Commissioners for the NBA, NFL and NHL.

    Here is part of it:

    As you can see this is a hell of a lot of work.

    First, let me say that Nate is an excellent choice for this. He has blog writing experience and he is very knowledgeable with all of the NBA. Also while you may not personally like Nate it's good that we have a Blazer fan first in this position. The last thing the Blazer forum needs is some outsider telling us posters and mods what to do.

    As far as me in this position, thanks for the kind words but there is no way I was interested.

    First, that's a hell of a lot of work.

    Second, I don't really give a fuck about other NBA teams or getting more people to post in those forums.

    3rd, Wiki what? Write what?

    4th, I suck at being a mod, I'd really suck at being a Commissioner.

    5th, did I mention that it looks like a hell of a lot of work?

    Even if I did apply (which I didn't) Nate would be the better choice.

    LOL! That's not telling Denny and TrueBlueFan off, that's just being honest and not accepting (or even applying for) a position that I'm not interested in. I enjoy S2 and hope it grows huge, I just don't want to be the one trying to grow it outside of the Blazer forum.
