Three men have pleaded guilty in an alleged scheme to fix a University of San Diego Toreros basketball game.

U-T San Diego reports Steve Goria, Richard Garmo and Paul Thweni entered pleas to various charges earlier this month and each face up to five years in prison.

They were among 10 people charged with running a sports betting business to fix West Coast Conference games. The others included Brandon Johnson, the school's all-time leading scorer, former coach T.J. Brown and former player Brandon Dowdy.

you know it happens, but seems like no one is publicly caught. Hope this is a deterrent for others not to do this.
