    Welcome to the forum! I've been a fan since the very first Blazer season in 1970, so I also bleed red, white, and black. Unfortunately, I don't see this team winning any titles for a very long time, if ever. The NBA has become a league of of few "haves" (i.e. Miami, LA, New York) and a lot of "have nots"(i.e. Portland, Sacramento, Memphis, and everybody else), and that's just the way it is.

    That said, I'm excited about Lillard, and will enjoy watching his development this year. I think we'll have a few exciting moments, and some enjoyable games, and at least one player we can brag about.
