^ Do you really think the Raptors are CLEARLY better then the teams above them? You might be able to make an argument, but it wouldn't a clear cut consensus that they are better then 25, in terms of the teams ahead of them.

I agree with the top 5 order for sure and the top ten also seems good. I didnt really look that far down on the list though.O and by the way CB4, the only team on that list in front of the Raps that are worse than the Raps are the Sonics IMO. The other teams are just as good as the raptors if not better. Which most of them are better.
