    Landed this morning in Auckland, New Zealand. Since I am now 17 hours ahead of PDX, that means I get training camp and pre-season all nearly a day ahead of the rest of you. ;)

    Needless to say, results for the predictions game will generally not be immediately after the games due to the time difference.

    If there is a board-bash this year, I'll have to miss out again.

    I guess, implied in the message is that I've not come just for a visit, but will be living in Auckland for a while, maybe longer.

    I'll have to get out and take some pictures and replace my Payette Lake, ID picture with an appropriate one from NZ.

    My in-laws are from NZ; great people, and every cousin/uncle/aunt/friend of theirs from NZ that I've met are the warmest, friendliest, and least pretentious people I know.

    Also, funnily enough, my in-laws said they chose Oregon when they moved because it reminded them most of NZ!

    New Zealand is probably on the top of my list of places I want to visit if I ever have enough expendable income to travel.
