It has nothing to do with being a lemming. The HCP jokes were only jokes as long as HCP thought they were funny. Once he asked people to stop talking about his wife that way, common decency says it should stop.

I don't think we're stacked there at all. The only actual SGs we have are Matthews and Barton, and I don't expect much from Barton, at least as a rookie. Batum will hopefully play all of his minutes at SF, seeing as we don't have any other ones. Nolan will be the backup PG we some minutes at SG, but he can't play there much due to his lack of size. Pavlovic is one of the worst players in the NBA.

Description of a "lemming": A member of a crowd with no originality or voice of his own. One who speaks or repeats only what he has been told.

I find it ironic that you use the word "lemming" to describe those who poo pooed the "I fucked HCP's wife" jokes, because after a year of the same joke over and over ....that is kind of how the jokes come across. The originality and humor has been long gone. I don't think asking for some new material for the daily jokes is out of line. We have some clever posters on this board.
    Can't we raise the bar?

Not so - he just implied that getting paid in Euros was sufficient, not that it was necessary.

That's your interpretation. You had to infer the rest. Mine was black-and-white interpretation. And sarcasm.

I was implying that Finland was definitely part of Europe and that having the Euro as their currency solidified that. Guess I should have been more clear?

With Batum wanting more control of the ball, P&R's, maybe move Nic to SG?

Moving Nic to SG would depend on Claver.

He seems like he'd be perfect in the role that Nic hates -- corner three specialist.

    OUCH!

Lost one of the potential chips in this Blazer development of all these new players. Elliot was one of the more exciting of the bunch to boot. Feel bad for the kid, for the team and for us fans.

Blazers have to get a break at some point, right?

Wow, Dviss. Did I read that correctly? You think CJ is a waste of roster space? We had a debate between Freeland and Bones. I was for Freeland and you were for Bones. What happened to make you change your mind about him?

That's because at the time I was not high on Freeland (after seeing some early film). He looked like a weak stiff. However my stance has softened tremendously after comparing the upside of the two. CJ (in the minutes he played) just got pushed around last season. I didn't care at all that we let him go. Maybe it also had something to do with CJ being on the roster that time and Freeland (sort of) acting like he wouldn't come over unless he had guaranteed minutes.

2 knees, a shoulder, and now an ankle. Does this kid have a healthy joint in his entire body?

Kevin Pritchard...the gift that just keeps on giving. I can't believe I used to defend that POS. It is getting hard to believe that he screwed us all this badly by accident.
