How can you be "Pro-Life" if you are: Pro War Pro Gun Pro Capital Punishment It astonishes me how these Cons try to say they want Gov't out of their lives but they want Gov't to have the ULTIMATE control over life by allowing the Death Penalty. Hypocrites.
yeah i tried to get some money out of him too but i think he is getting nervous the yellow bellied lilly livered spineless weak kneed pigeonhearted gutless paper tiger
Hilarious that you Cons want to vote for this guy. The hatred of Obama is coming out of your pores..
Pro gun is no different from being pro hammer or pro food processor or pro bicycle. It has no place in your formula.
Dviss, do you believe that those of us who oppose the President's policies do so because of our personal animus toward him or that we believe his policy prescriptions are wrongheaded?
Okay, I'll ask the question again because you missed the question: Is the issue personal dislike or disagreement with the policies?
even the dumbest conservative hillbilly will claim its his policies "odumba is coming for my guns! hes trying to outlaw 4 barrel carburetors!"
I don't think it's a personal dislike as much as it is disingenuous and inconsistent behavior of people. People claiming they are not one particular party, only talking shit about the other party (or, more likely, it's 90% against one, and at best 10% against their own party). Or bringing up events that have no real concrete connection between candidate X and reality (the left blamed Bush on a LOT of things that realistically weren't his fault, entirely or at all). Like I've said before, why do you think what Denny says/posts (and you to a lesser degree) doesn't get the ridiculed to the degree others do? Same reason why Mixum got targeted more so than others who said similar things. Because if you purposely say things to get attention/a reaction, you're going to get that reaction. and then you can saunter on back to filling up backpacks at work and bragging about charity. As for zagger, I can't (and won't) speak for him. but there are people, on both sides, who are almost caricatures of themselves and just can't be taken seriously.
which ones are wrongheaded? I always hear people saying he's this or that, but no one really actually lays it out. And before you bring up the debt issue, that's not solely on him and to ignore that is fairly weak sauce.
I'll speak for myself. I took that quiz on which candidate I most identify, and apparently my viewpoint sided with Mitt Romney 95% and Ron Paul 88%. Is it any wonder I mostly post items in support of the policies these two candidates support? As for President Obama--and I've mentioned this before--I have the unique perspective of knowing him a little bit. He's a perfectly nice guy, although I think a bit lazy and overconfident in his own abilities (a position held by many others that knew him at the U of C). But to be told that I hate him personally, or I don't like the fact a half-black person is President, is insulting and is being used as a weapon to stifle debate.
over confident in their own abilities? For fucks sake, he's a politician, you name me one who isn't? btw, those 'quiz' sites are so lame and pretty much black or white when it comes to things. If you use that to judge how you feel about something (or use it as a clarifying point), thats not such a strong selling point.
He's the President of the United States, the leader of the most powerful nation in the history of the universe as we know it. There isn't even a word invented yet to describe how ridiculous it is to say he is lazy and overconfident.
That made me laugh. Translation: Everyone's against me. Spank me, waaah! PapaG, I offer this bet. If Obama loses, I pay you $5000. If he wins, you have sex with 3brainiac, with pictures to prove it. Deal? You can't lose any money.
