Terrence Williams has agreed to an NBA minimum, non-guaranteed contract with the Detroit Pistons. Williams will report to Detroit's training camp Oct. 1. He was drafted No. 11 overall in the 2009 NBA draft by New Jersey, but hasn't played up to his potential.
