    This isn't really much of a manip. The only effect it looks liek you did to the pic was make it black and white. Nothing special about it.

    Sometimes the simplest method is the best. 10/10 b/w works wonders for this one.Steve Francis sucks.

    You shoulda desaturated it then make Francis in color.
