    Meyers Leonard is gonna be good...it's just gonna take some time. Too bad we dont have Andre Miller as a back up PG..it would be lob city

    Wooooooo!!!!!!! Claver won the game for us at the end! Trade Batum and start Claver. Claver is better at shooting, dribbling, and defensive intensity. He just needs experience to learn some tricks.

    So what do you guys think of our depth chart so far? Should Hickson start at center? Meyers has been better so far this pre-season, but it might be good to let Leonard play more against 2nd unit players.

    I wonder how many roster spots are open for the Blazers? We already have 15 players under contact, but believe we have room for one more because of the Williams injury. Jefferies and Pavlovich could also be cut.

    I'd like to see Coby Karl and Morrison make the team!

    Meyers is the white Tyson Chandler, with better FT shooting...he totally reminds me of Tyson when he first came into the league

    From a physical standpoint, Chandler doesn't come close. It took 10 years for Chandler to fill out, Meyers is already bigger at age 20.

    The stat line looks decent for Nolan. 8 assists, 2 steals, 5 rebounds and only 2 TO's.......but how did he look running the offense? And who played the point for the 18 minutes he was out?

    Edit: So it was Karl who played point. Nice. I always liked him when I saw him in summer leagues. I would think he could find a spot on the end of a bench at the very least. He plays hard and actually has decent handles......for a SG.

    This Meyers kid has a great sense of humor as well. Yesterday about 5:15 when the guys were out shooting, he walked out in one of those tight training tank tops like D12 wears. Old Man Rice said, "Could you please go put a shirt on at least". Leonard walked up to him and started flexing and said, "But I'm built like a Greek god!" Pretty funny stuff!
