Ignorance is everywhere. I've decided the Obama campaign's strategy of "shiny objects" (as Jennifer Rubin has labeled them), has both been effective and certainly has worked on me. Hence, I've decided to focus on the big picture, the big ideas of this campaign. Do we want more government or less? What is the proper role of government in our lives? Are we willing to pay higher prices for energy in hopes we can make it cleaner? What is our proper role in the world? How much debt should we pass on to our children and grandchildren? Are we self-reliant and community focused, or do we choose to largely rely on the government? I've made my decision. I assume most others have made theirs.
