I'm sure a lot of casual fans are frustrated that the Blazers are rebuilding again and will jump on board with writers who are negative on the Blazers. Us die hards know the Blazers had terrible luck and really couldn't avoid being put in the rebuild mode again. I'mpProbably just as frustrated as casual fan, if not more, but it's not like Allen isn't doing everything he can to put together a championship team. And didn't even read article because if anything it is not the same old numbing mediocrity . . . it is new and will be worse than mediocrity this year. Duin at this point is basically a casual fan giving his take.

I like the coach better, I think Lillard will be a star, and we have a nice balance of talent. It will take some time for everyone to gel and for the young guys to get some seasoning, but in the long run this team might actually be better than the Roy/Aldridge/Oden team would have been.
