    So, put on a wig, go by a female name, and any random dude can walk around girls as young as 6 swinging his junk around?

    Note to pedo freaks. Just pretend you're "cross-gendered", and you can waltz around the women's locker room naked if you enroll for a class at Evergreen.

    I thought they had family style changing rooms for people who are transgender?

    I question the mental stability of this person. Even if he is truly a woman trapped in a mans body (which is a whole other issue) he HAS to know it's a little strange to be showing your genitals around younger people.

    Although I do wonder, and I am in no way condoning this, how the response wouldve been had this been a woman exposing her genitals? Why is a womans genital region any less traumatic to little boys then male genitalia is to little girls?

    Not saying that either should be, but it's just an interesting note.

    does anyone know what the #'s are for pedophiles in regards to their preference to girls or boys? I always have assumed that most pedophiles would be men interested in boys and good lord why am I asking this?

    This might not just be an Evergreen thing. Pretty sure transgendered people are supposed to use the restroom that they identify with (and by extension, locker room.) I think this could happen anywhere in WA state.

    They're in a tough situation since if this man is really in the process of becoming a woman than he'd have to spend a year (I think it's a year) living as a woman. Pretty hard to do that if you're not allowed in a woman's locker room. But, if he's "sprawled out" in a sauna, I would think they'd be able to kick him out/charge him with some sort of lewd behavior crime. It's not like a woman couldn't be charged with the same crime (or at least kicked out) for doing the same thing.

    I think "separate-but-equal" would be the argument against locker room segregation.

    Yeah, still, the fact that a 45 year-old dude is allowed to walk around naked in that situation seems wrong to me.

    I think most women have the decency to know that even if they're transgender, it isn't right (or legal) to prance around naked in front of little boys.

    I'm sure the response would have been the same.

    I did have to laugh a bit at the female coach who confronted the naked guy in the sauna and called the cops, only to later say "I didn't know he was transgendered!!".

    Um, yeah, that's because he is a dude with a dick.

    Really, it was a side issue. How about any guy that goes to Evergreen can throw on a wig, say he's transgender, and lurk in the women's locker room sitting there naked.

    I worked with a transgender young adult, and the last thing she wanted was to make it obvious she was a he.

    i don't get why this guy was in the locker room. At least maybe make saunas and locker rooms child free and have family ones instead (maybe dad with kids, mom with kids, etc)..

    Seems this was easily avoidable, doesn't it?

    A 45 year-old man was exposing himself in front of underage girls in a women's locker room, the cops were called, and the college says they can't stop it.

    That's newsworthy.

    The college is probably at fault, as is the transgendered person

    There is a difference between transgender/transexual and a transvestite. Don't pretend the latter are the former, and you could largely avoid this situation.

    so is it cool for a dude to swing his dick around in a boys locker room with 6 year old boys walking around? think of their poor minds being forever warped! i suggest burkas for the religious fanatics who believe the body is evil or whatever, and let everyone else continue to not give a shit

    at a certain point you have to realize its not a sexual environment, they are taking showers and getting dressed, the stigma on nudity with some people is alarming, creating a panic because of a naked person is kinda silly in the grand scheme of things

    does a streaker at a soccer match get charged with exposing himself to juveniles? no everybody laughs and has a lark on it. how about the mom who breastfeeds in public? no, and the reason why is it is not a sexual act

    all that being said, the TG individual should know that most 6 year olds (hell most people) dont know or care what a TG person is, and just see a dick in their face
