    Didnt watch the game but from the box score it looks likr OKC got a ton of gimmie fouls and the blazers couldnt buy a foul.

    I think the difference between this team making the playoffs and being really bad, is 2 players.

    and those 2 players would be on the bench.

    If the team somehow got a legit backup PG and SG/SF combo guy, they'd be decent. Without those positions, they're going to be a lot of long long nights.

    Worst part of that? 15 is an improvement over the Laker game.

    Ah well. Good game for Lillard. That's all I care about in the case of losses.

    It's a lot better than last season, imho. A lot of us are pretty philosophical about it this year. Yeah we have some lower-talent players, ut things look hopeful on the PGOTF front. :ghoti:

    LOL it's PGOTP -PG of the PRESENT, no doubts on that, rest of the season is development and ferreting out who stays and who goes. I wanna see Stotts go deeper more often, may as well gives these guys some run

    It felt like that's what he was doing tonight a bit... the bench stayed in the game with Lillard in the 4th quite a long time... like pre-season game long.

    Oddly, I feel more optimistic than I have in years about this team. No more bullshit head games from a coach who doesn't know shit about offense, finally a bonafide point guard, no more kvetching and wringing our hands about when that certain seven footer is ever going to be healthy.

    EDIT:

    So take that, all you fuckers who think I'm just some Debbie Downer, who does nothing but look on the dark side.

    agree, and it is goin totake time to figure rotations out and such, like to see some Barton-Claver as the season progresses

    If it was me I would just waive Nolan, I really liked Karl but do realize he is not the future, but then again neither is Nolan, Karl was a helluva lot more fun to watch and he could run the team
