If this happens, I predict Kobe will love D'Antoni just as much as Melo did.

I saw this coming. I am not surprised. I also would not be surprised in if Nate McMillan name pops up either. Reports are that Kobe thinks highly of them both and you Know Kobe will have a say in this.

 

I think this works only if Nash is healthy.... but would the SSOL offense work with Howard?

I think he can run, but he's not Amare. He's more of a conventional center.

 

Nate McMillan might actually be a better fit being that the Lakers have a dominate center.

 

I can't imagine the rage if Nate is hired and the Lakers go on a tear.

 

When has Nate ever coached a dominant center? When he had a healthy Oden, who led the team in scoring in the preseason, he told him not to worry about scoring and to just focus a rebounding and defense. I don't imagine Dwight would be any too happy with a similar game plan.
