    I'm not worried. If both Oregon and Kansas St. win out, Oregon gets in because the extra conference title game will give us more points.

    Two of the fucking computer rating system have Notre Dame #1. One has Oregon and #7. That just shows you how screwed it is.

    I don't see UO passing KSU, despite the Pac12 title game, since the teams on the Cats' schedule are all decent. However, Florida will drop in the computer rankings after they play ULaLa and Jax St in their next two games. Same with Notre Dame after their next two games, and especially if they drop against USC.

    If KSU wins out, Ducks' best hope is to get up to 3rd in the computers, and stay 2nd in the polls.

    Your selling short how much that extra game means.

    I think you're overestimating it. Especially if it's over a 4-loss team.

    I have been watching ESPN and listening to experts talk about this on the radio. They're saying as long as Oregon keeps a strong position as second in the human polls, and if they tighten the margin in the computer rankings, they should be able to pass KSU and go to the Championship. The biggest concern is that KSU could start swaying voters and then possibly take over the human polls. That's what the Ducks should be worried about. Apparently our defense didn't win any hearts or minds with their performance against USC.

    True that. I expected the D to keep Barkley around 30.

    But hey, if we play UCLA and if they win out, more power to us right?

    There's just so many scenarios that could play out. No point worrying about it right now. Four games to go.

    Gee, I dunno... Stanford, OSU, probably USC again. That's pretty good.

    Sure it is. So is TCU, Baylor, and Texas. Which is why I think UO can get up to 3rd (in the computers), but no higher without a KSU loss.

    Klein's injury could change everything though.

    Not that I've seen. Bill Snyder is as secretive about injuries as Chip is.

    Baylor and TCU aren't even ranked.... So no it isn't.

    TCU = Cal

    Baylor < Stanford

    Texas < OSU (ranked higher)

    And then there's the PAC12 Championship to just add points that KSU can't even match. According to ESPN, the computers actually really like our final four games. They said the computers have OSU ranked in the top 10.
