Too me he's like Stephon Marbury and Steve Francis....He dominates the ball, it's always in his hands, he has horrible shot selection, big streak shooter who shoots too much, terrible FT shooter for a guard, takes too many three's, shoots terrible percentages...Never led a team anywhere...always been at least 15 pounds overweight and he tires out as the season goes on...because of the weight he gets injured...I just don't like him at all and wouldn't want him on my team. Thoughts?
I'm not a fan of him either. I don't put him in the same category as Francis, and I think Marbury gets an unfair rep, but he is a selfish, low percentage chucker and I would trade him for a pure point (and draft picks) if I was the GS GM.

He has his moments and he definately can score. But overall it's very inconsistent and all over the place. He's definately overrated. Way too many shots, I think he could be a terrific player if he was more of a strategic point guard instead of an offensive point guard. His shooting percentages are awful, they've never been good.

I don't put him in that Marbury category because he still has his moments when he can defer and him moments when he can simply take a game over. He's okay. I'm undecided though on whether i'm a fna of his or not.
a few years ago he was a good player but now he is just inconsistent and pretty bad overall..i wouldnt try to get him on my team

He's overated; he shoots way to much for a PG, and he doesnt even shot very high %..I've never liked him very much..
A couple of years ago I thought Baron Davis would be one of the finest combo guards in the L. I still hope he will play more consistent. Dude did some amazing things on the court. B-Diddy, J-Rich, well, at least they would make up for a cool hip-hop duo.
I dont know if he dominates the ball. He is also a very good passer. He is an 8 apg guy, and I think you have to give him some credit for that.I dont like his game either though because he is too flashy with the ball, dribbles too much, takes bad shots, shoots a low percentage, and isnt a very good shooter to begin with.Yeah, that also reminds me of Marbury and Francis.

Yeah never really liked him, not my type of player. I felt bad for him however when he drained a 3pt at the end of some game long ago and the ref said it was after the buzzer so they didnt count it and the Hornets ended up losing because of that, and since then video replay was implemented into the NBA.

It's funny how everyone was really excited two years ago when he was traded to Golden State, and then led them on this great run at the end of the season. Now, however, eveyone's disillusioned about him because he suffered some injuries, and the Warriors failed to make the playoffs again[i/].
