    I wouldn't really consider Skip to My Lou an NBA nickname, considering it originated from his streetball game.

    the glove, dr. j, wilt the stilt, iceman, WALTA (haha), diesel, jerry "the logo" west, also a random funny one...McHale was referred to as herman munster, wasn't that widely known i don't think.
