This. Crawchuck isn't worth the energy it would take to acknowledge him. I'm more in the turn my back and read the newspaper camp.

I don't mind when fans boo someone who deserves it, but there is a fine line between those who do, and those who don't deserve it. Booing Jamal will come across as idiotic to anyone watching the game on TV. Plus you know it will fire up his teammates. Show some class and ignore him.

    Agree with the apathy caucus.

Not quite ready to boo Camby, I still remember "Marcus Cam-by clap clap clap" cheers.

    Felton, yes.

I have quit on Crawchuck. A long time ago. He doesn't deserve this thread, let alone my energy to boo him. I also agree there is no reason to give him or his teammates any added incentive. Now if he makes some clown play trying to show off, maximum fan derision will be in order. :)

Maybe because we played him out of position so much at PG. Blazer fans are pretty immature to boo former players. That's the default here, unless an exception is made for a player. It was the opposite when I followed the Sonics, and in the early 70s the Lakers. Booing was the rare exception there, not the default.

He conspired with Felton to fold up like a lawn chair. Fuck him in the neck.

Jamal Crawford on hearing boos at the Rose Garden: "I think anybody that was a part of last year deserved to get booed. We were all in it together, it wasn't just me or whoever else that they want to boo when they come here. We're all in it together. I did take less to come here last year. It was something I chose to do. I don't have any regrets or hard feelings towards them... We hit some bumps in the road, kind of went downhill. I was a part of that. I'll take that on the chin and I won't look bad at the Portland fans. I'm a Northwest guy... No hard feelings, no regrets."

I saw the 2nd half. Crawford made a downright amazing move that didn't make the highlights. Like he broke 2 defenders' ankles on the right wing and got himself a good look and bucket. It was like one second he was double teamed and in the blink of an eye he was past both defenders, shooting.

The guy's an and1 player. NBA coaches don't like the style.

Leonard had two spectacular dunks as well.

It was clear the Blazers were gassed at the end of the game. Need some depth or quality play from the bench.
