"The Indiana Pacers are taking an "if it's not broke, don't fix it" approach with their lineup. That's what one might expect from a team that has been struggling to find its identity all season. Coach Frank Vogel altered his rotation over the weekend by shortening it to nine players and moving Lance Stephenson into the starting lineup. The Pacers ended their three-game losing streak with that lineup, and Vogel plans to keep that rotation until it's no longer effective. "Basically the first six games we had a stretch in each game where a certain unit just got waxed," Vogel said. "We were dealing with a 12-2 run, trying to overcome that on the road and it wasn't working. "I'm looking to see consistent play for 48 minutes, not having a certain unit that's getting exploited." Sam Young started three games but has been taken completely out the rotation for the time being. "We'll get Sam back in there at some point," Vogel said. "I think Lance (Stephenson) and Gerald (Green) need big minutes to continue to build habits of winning basketball. The more minutes they get, the better they'll fit in our rotation and contribute to winning basketball."" Read more: http://www.indystar.com/article/201...ogel-keep-Stephenson-Green-rotation-sit-Young
