I miss Philly/NY. Places where you can get fucked up with watered down alcohol, but awesome selections of street vendors selling Indian and Middle Eastern food until 4am.

4th meal is for the people who got out of the bars at 2 am and have the munchies. That's all.

As an aside....on some of those chulupa nights, I walk around the RG concourse collecting as many as I can from those who just want to toss them. I then stick them in my glove box and eventually give out to those (so-called) poor souls who stand at stoplight intersections.

Getting free chalupas, then distributing them to the less fortunate makes total sense to me, though.

I usually hit up a greasy mexican spot that's open until 4am in Manhattan Beach called "El Tarasco". food is good as fuck. used to do sit down but lately just been taking my food to go.
