    He was a talented thug and buffoon when he played here, and his quotes are still legendary: "CTC, Baby." But watching the Knicks game last night, this quote by Rasheed takes the cake:

    He came back because guys today "don't know how to post up" and he was going to show them how - said the guy who never posted up once in all his years here.

    I still can't stand him.

    Sheed's go-to move for a while was a backing into a defender then spinning into a fall away jumper that was unblockable. That's technically a post-move. The rest of the time he shot 3's.

    That face up bankshot jumper that Tim Duncan has made legendary. That was originally Sheed's shot. I was never a. Sheed hater. I liked his game better than Aldridges.

    His defense came from his fantastic mobility. He would block inside, the guard gets it, he runs out to make it hard for the guard to dribble, the guard passes, Sheed gets inside to block it again, all within 5 seconds.
